The following minimum service and technical requirements apply to the Triton Digital STREAMING AND DELIVERY service.

Software de Station Manager

When applicable, Client shall install and use the latest version of the Station Manager Software as the encoder at the station/studio location. Also, be aware that these recommendations assume the use of constant bitrate mounts; adaptive bitrate mounts require more CPU resources, thereby reducing the stated mount limits.

Triton Digital highly recommends observing or exceeding the "minimum hardware requirements."

These minimum requirements and the recommended configuration both assume you are not running any other applications on your equipment except for the operating system, the Triton Digital applications, and any required drivers for additional hardware (such as sound cards). They also assume you are running from a "clean install" of the operating system, and are using constant bitrate mounts.

Equipos del Cliente

Durante el Plazo del Acuerdo, el Cliente deberá: (i) garantizar que el Equipo del Cliente se instale y mantenga conforme a las especificaciones del fabricante y del Proveedor del Servicio y a cualquier norma y buena práctica de la industria, (ii) garantizar que el Equipo del Cliente sea compatible con los Servicios y no interfiera con la Red o Software del Proveedor del Servicio ni los afecte de ninguna otra forma, (iii) asumir la responsabilidad por cualquier pérdida, riesgo o daño a los Equipos del Cliente, (iv) suministrar toda la infraestructura, como tomas de electricidad, dispositivos de descarga a tierra y entornos antiestática necesarios para el funcionamiento y mantenimiento eficientes y seguros del Equipo del Cliente.

“Client Equipment” means any and all hardware, software, network, infrastructure and any other type of equipment which is used in connection with the Services, whether owned by Client or a third-party, and which is not under the direct control of Service Provider.

Cambio de equipos

El Cliente deberá notificar al Proveedor del Servicio antes de realizar cualquier cambio al Equipo del Cliente (según se define en "Equipo del Cliente" más arriba) o a los procesos, que pudiera afectar, ya sea directa o indirectamente, el streaming o producción de metadatos.

Metadatos del software de automatización de radio (RAS, en inglés)

El Cliente deberá enviar en forma electrónica al Proveedor del Servicio los metadatos del sistema de automatización de radio, sincronizados con el contenido de audio. Los metadatos del sistema de automatización de radio deberán, en todo momento:

proporcionar información acerca del contenido que se está reproduciendo,
describir de manera suficiente cada ítem particular en reproducción,
enviarse sincronizados con el contenido de audio en reproducción,
contener información relativa a todos los Servicios provistos al cliente:
- Para los servicios de streaming y distribución de contenidos se debe incluir, como mínimo:
  1. el nombre del artista y
  2. el título del contenido musical.
- Para los servicios de informes de regalías se debe incluir, como mínimo:
  1. título de la pista, según figura en la grabación lanzada al mercado,
  2. el nombe del artista, según figura en la grabación lanzada al mercado,
  3. el Código Estándar Internacional de Grabación ("ISRC", en inglés) o la combinación de:
    1. el nombre del álbum y
    2. la etiqueta comercial
- Para los servicios de reconocimiento de ganancias de publicidad y Tap se debe incluir como mínimo:
  1. cortes comerciales individuales.

“Radio Automation System Metadata” (also known as “PAD data”, “program associated data”, “RAS data”, “now playing data”, “break data” or “cue points”) means a collection of information sent by various playout systems that allow Service Provider’s systems to perform and deliver certain functionalities such as: displaying information about the currently playing content, detecting ad breaks, aligning data to audio and other data driven activities such as populating the Royalty Reporting data.
